Groupe Codeo continues to diversify its refurbishing offer with the acquisition of Touchedeclavier.com. This operation will enable the Group to strengthen its technical knowledge of the PC range and improve its refurbishing capacity for this equipment.

Launched in 2012 by Flavien AMEY, ToucheDeClavier.com is an e-commerce site distributing keyboards, slabs, batteries, chargers and computer accessories for laptops. Based in Meyzieu (69), the company will have 7 employees, over 3,000 professional customers and sales of 1.1 million euros by 2022.

With this first acquisition, the Codeo Group intends to :

• Strengthen its technical expertise in the office equipment range: laptops and spare parts, in order to improve its capacity to recondition this equipment.
• Expand its e-commerce offering through online sales of spare parts and refurbished equipment.
